- Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 Tomato
- Bacon, pork loin, pork shoulder...whatever we want to put in, about 400g
- 1 Glass of white wine
- Black sausage
- 1 Glass of milk
- Chopped almonds
Instructions
- In the saucepan, sauté onion, garlic and ripe tomato.
- Once the sofrito is done, add the bacon or the cut that we have put in. Add the white wine and let it cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the beans and let it absorb all the flavor of the stir-fry. Leave it for a while and add the chopped almonds and milk. Cook for another 10 minutes, now on low heat. Season with salt.
- When the beans are cooked, add the black sausage. Let it sit for 5 more minutes and then it will be even better....Good luck!!!!!!
