- Puff pastry dough
- 2 Vanilla custards of 125 gr
- 4 medium apples
- Baking paper
- Peach or apricot jam
- Cinnamon powder
- Cane sugar panel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Place baking paper on the selected tray and place the puff pastry dough on a baking tray and prick it with a fork.
- Spread the two custards over the dough and place the finely chopped apple pieces on top. Sprinkle everything with panela and cinnamon powder and bake for 20 minutes.
- Once the dough is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. To give it some color, you can paint it with peach or apricot jam. Enjoy!
